一：Routine maintenance for coating machine：

1.Chain parts need put lubricating oil each 1--2 months

2.Screws,especially electrical parts,need check per week at least,make it tight

3.Before each time start machine,check water level ,need more than 3cm

4.After finish one day working,if no use in night,and room temperature below 0 degree,let water out of tank.

5.Change oil for main motor gearbox at least per6 months .

6.At least per three months check oil in air filter,keep it always have engine oil.If oil consumption is not obvious,make value little big,this shall lubricate your machine.

二：Output of the basic slitting machine :

normally one hour finish 1PC jumbo roll( which length 4000m)
